الاسم / احمد عبد الرحمن عبد الرحيم سعيد وعمره الان 25 عاما رقم القضيه 1291 جنح عسكريه اسكندريه لسنه2011 قد تم القبض عليه يوم 20 مارس 2011 بواسطه الشرطه العسكريه عن طريق بلاغ كيدي بتهمه انه قام بتعليه دور بالعقار الكائن 277ش جمال عبد الناصر ميامي الاسكندريه وتم الحكم عليه بالحبس 5 سنوات وقدمت اسرته الاوراق والمستندات الازمه لبرائته فتم الغاء الحكم واعاده المحاكمه مره اخري حيث اكتشف قائد المنطقه الشماليه العسكريه الظلم الذي وقع عليه واحاله القضيه الي دائره اخري وتوالت الجلسات حيث تم احضار الضابط المكلف بالقبض عليه وتم استجوابه امام المحكمه واقر انه لم يشاهد حين القبض عليه ايه مباني وقامت اسرته بتقديم اوراق رسميه مستخرجه من مصلحه الشهر العقاري وشركه كهرباء الاسكندريه بان العقار المذكور + الدور الثالث عشر موضوع القضيه باسم الأب وليس احمد وقد تم بناء هذا العقار من عام 1998 وتم الانتهاء منه في عام 2004 وتم الحكم عليه مره اخري ب5 سنوات وجميع الاوراق موجوده لدى عائلته ولدينا… وهو محبوس منذ 20 مارس

والد أيمن عادل حفني محمد المتهم بقضية عسكرية رقم ١٤١ جنايات عسكرية. ابني طالب في المعهد العالي للخدمة الاجتماعية وليس بلطجياً. ابني يوم ١٩ مارس لو تفتكروا شهر مارس دة كان في إيه؟ كانت البلد عمله في ازاي. يوم ١٩-٣ أنا ابني كان تاعبني أنا ومامته مسكت ابني مش عايزه يمشي في حاجات وحشة. عنفته فابني رفض العنف بتاعي فعاند معايا، رحت خدته سلمته مكنش في شرطة، سلمته للجيش على أساس إن هما يخدو إجراء معه بسيط يعني علي قد الحدث الهو حصل . فأنا فوجئت إن الجيش ضربه وقلعه هدومه وكانوا بيتناوبوا عليه بالضرب وبيذحفوه على الأرض قدامي. أنا مقدرش أعمل حاجة أنا خفت من جيش. انسحبت سبت ابني. بعد ثلاث أيام عرفت أن ابني اتحكم عليه بخمس سينين سجن وخمس سنين مراقبة. ابني عمل إيه علشان يتحكم عليه بخمس سنين سجن وخمس سنين مراقبة. ابني معملش حاجة الجيش مقبضش عليه ده أنا سلمته علشان كان تاعبني وكنت عايز ياخده معاه إجراء على قد الحدث العمله معايا. بس بالنسبه للحدث الكبير ده كله ده يعتبر ظلم واقع على ابني. الاتهامات إلي هما قدموها لابني قالوا عنه إن هو حامل سلاح أبيض، سرقه بالاكراه، سارق دكان خال، معندوش خال عنده دكان، سرقه بالاكراه. الاتهام الثاني محاولة تفجير أنبوبه في البيت. ترويع أهله. أنا اللي موديه وبقول هو معملش كدة معنا. ابني معملش الكلام الي في القضية. وبعدين أنا لما شعرت إن ابني اتظلم بدأت اوكل محامي علشان يعمله النقض. المحامي أخد مني فلوس النقض وقال لي إن ميعاد النقض فات خلاص. طب نعمله إيه؟ قال لي قدم إلتماس في المنطقه الشمالية ومحدش بيرد عليا. أنا لما كان المجلس العسكري قدم القرار رقم ٦٨ تقريبا إن إلي عنده شكوى يبعتها بالفاكس أنا بعتت بالفاكس والمستندات. احنا أسرة محترمه ، ليست لها أي تاريخ قضائي ومدخلناش القسم قبل كده. أنا عندي أخوه بكالوريوس تجارة خريج ٢٠٠٩، وعندي أخته مؤهل متوسط متزوجة. وابني ده إلي بيقولوا عليه سرقة بالاكراه و بلطجي ومش عارف ايه ، ابني ده طالب بالمعهد الخدمة الاجتماعية في محرم بك. أنا مش عارف ازاي ده حصل. ازاي ده يحصل في بلد زي العندنا هنا. طب الأول النظام السابق احنا قلنا النظام السابق كان بيلفق وشرطة كانت بتلفق للناس الغلابة اللي معلهاش الضوء وبيدخلوهم السجون. طب احنا واثقين في الجيش وواثقين في المجلس العسكري يلفق كمان الجيش نروح فين احنا كدة . إيه اللي نقدر نقوم به أرجوكم . أنا أناشد معالي السيد المشير، أناشده بالتحقيق والافراج عن ابني. ابني ليس بلطجيا ياسيادة المشير، ابني ليس مغتصب للنساء، ابني لم يمس البلد باي شيء، ولم يمس أي منشأه في البلد. ابني مسرقش من أي حاجة في البلد، ابني وإسأل عليا وإعرف أنا مين، احنا علشان احنا معلناش الضوء .. في ناس في السجن يا سيادة المشير مظلومة كتير أوي. في ناس ملمومة مظلومة كتير أوي
Father of Ayman Adel Hifny Mohamed suspect in Military Criminal Case number 141. “My son is a student at the Higher Institute for Social Services and he’s not a thug. My son on the 20th.. the 19th of March. The 19th of March if you would remember what March was like. What the state the country was in? On the 19th of March my son was giving me and his mother a hard time. I grabbed my son, I don’t want him to go down the wrong path and do bad things. I was violent with him and he rejected my violence and was stubborn. So I handed him over.. There was no police.. I handed him over to the army so that they take small appropriate measures suitable to the incident that had occurred. I was surprised that the army started hitting him and stripped him from his clothes and took turns in beating him up and making him crawl on the floor in front of me. I couldn’t do anything I was scared of the army. I retreated and left my son, three days later I found out that he was sentenced to 5 years prison and 5 years under surveillance. What did my son do so he gets sentences to 5 years in prison and 5 years under surveillance. My son didn’t do anything. The army did not arrest him I handed him over to the army because he was giving me a hard time. I just wanted them to take a measures appropriate to what he had done with me. But this whole big deal that was made is injustice. An injustice has befallen my son. They accused him.. The accusation that were brought against him was possession of melee’ weapons, robbery. Robbing his uncle’s store. What uncle? He doesn’t have an uncle who owns a store. Robbery. The second accusation was attempt to detonate a gas tank at home and acts of terror against parents. I am the one who took him to the army and I am saying he did not do these things with us. My son did not do things that were said in the case. When I felt what was happening to my son was an injustice I hired a lawyer to repeal his case. The lawyer took money from me for the repeal and then came and told me the time for repeals had passed already. What are we supposed to do? He told me a petition. He told me to submit a petition in the North area and I did and no one has responded to it. I.. when the Supreme Council for Armed Forces issued decision number 268 I think, if someone has a complaint they can fax it. I sent a fax and documents. I sent that I .. we.. are a good family, a family that has no history with the courts or anything like this. We never even entered a police station before. We don’t even know anything in a police station. My other son, his brother has bachelors degree in commerce, he graduated in 2009. His sister has a diploma and is married. And my son the one they said is a robber and thug and I don’t know what. My son is at the Institute of Social Services in Moharam Bek. Student. I don’t know how this happened. How can this happen in our country here. At first it was the old regime, we said that the old regime used to fabricate charges… and the police used to fabricate charges for poor people that are not in the spotlight, and they used to be put in prison. But this is the army, the army we trusted and the Supreme Council of Armed Forces are fabricating charges as well. Where are we supposed to go then now? What can we do? Please. I beseech his Excellency Mr. Field Marshal. I beseech him to investigate and release my son. My son is not a thug Mr. Field Marshall. My son is not a rapist. My son has not harmed the country in any way. He has not harmed any institution in the country. My son has not stolen anything from the country. My son, and ask about me and know who I am. It is because we are not in the spotlight. People are in prison Mr. Field Marshall unjustly a lot of people are collected in prisons and extremely oppressed. “

بيان رقم ١ – الإسكندرية
تعلن مجموعة لا للمحاكمات العسكرية للمدنيين بالإسكندرية رفضها التام لما قامت به الشرطة العسكرية يوم ٢٠١١/٨/٨ أمام المحكمة العسكرية بثروت الإسكندرية أثناء محاكمة المتظاهرين المعتقلين على خلفية أحداث يوم ٢٠١١/٧/٢٢أمام المنطقة الشمالية بالإسكندريه والتي أجلت لثاني مره إلى يوم ٢٠١١/٨/١٥ لسماع المرافعات و المتمثلة في :
١. تواجد أعداد مبالغ فيها وغير مبرره من قوة الشرطة العسكرية
٢. غلق الطريق المؤدي إلى المحكمة و منع المتضامنين من الوصول إليها
٣. تهديد المتضامنين و منعهم من الهتافات، رفع الشعارات و التصوير
٤. التضليل العمد لأهالي المعتقلين و إقناعهم أن وجود وقفات تضامنية تضر بمصلحة القضية و تؤثر سلبا على الحكم
٥. الاستفزاز المتعمد من الشرطة العسكرية والأمن المركزي للمتضامنين
هذا و تستمر المجموعة في العمل على المطالبة بحق جميع المدنيين في المثول أمام قضاء مدني عادل و مراعاة الظروف الصحية للمحتجزين كما ترفض التباطؤ المتعمد في الإجراءات

Alexandria – Statement no. 1
The “No Military Trials for Civilians” Group in Alexandria announces its complete rejection to measures taken by military police by on August 8th, 2011 in front of the Military court in Tharwat area in Alexandria during the trial of protesters, who were arrested on July 22nd, 2011 in front of the northern military headquarters in Alexandria. The trial was postponed to August 15th, 2011. These measures are as follows:
1- The existence of so many and unjustified forces from the military police
2- Blocking the road to the court and preventing people who came for solidarity from reaching the court
3- Misinforming families of the arrested protesters and convincing them that such standings could have a negative impact on the court’s sentence
4- Deliberated provocation from the military police and central security forces for people who were standing in solidarity
The Group continuous to work on demanding the rights of all civilians to face civilian courts and taking into account the health conditions of the detainees, and also refuses the intended slowdown in the procedures.

أحمد عبد المنجد من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أمام المحكمة العسكرية بالاسكندرية
أحمد عبد المنجد محمد دسوقي .. من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ومصاب بقصور ذهني وسيتم محاكمته عسكريا يوم الاربعاء القادم 1 اغسطس 2011. تم القبض عليه من احداث الاسكندرية يوم 22 يوليو 2011.. حصلنا على هذه الأوراق من والدته لاثبات حالته.. أحمد ليس بلطجيا
هل يحاكم أحمد وغيره من المدنيين عسكريا؟؟
الحرية لأحمد وزملائه من القضاء العسكري – وان لزم، فليحاكموا امام قاضيهم الطبيعي
الجدير بالذكر ان في محادثتنا مع والدة احمد قالت انها حينما زارته في السجن -الحضرة بالاسكندرية- وجدت على جسد احمد آثار تعذيب وضرب مبرح.. وذكرت أنه موجود في السجن مثله مثل أي مسجون مما يجعله غير قادرا عن الدفاع عن نفسه، فهي طالبت بوضعه في مستشفى أو مصحة لضمان سلامته
اعتقال – تعذيب – محاكمة عسكرية لشخص مدني معاق ذهنيا.. بعد الثورة!!!ـ
كان من ضمن المعتقلين من أمام المنطقة الشمالية في نفس اليوم شخصا آخر من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ولكن تم اطلاق سراحه بعد ضربه ضربا مبرحا في المنطقة الشمالية – صورة هذا الشاب وتم تصويرها بمعرفتنا تلك الليلة

Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Monaged Desouki
Ahmed has special needs and suffering from mental limitations and he will face a military trial next Wednesday, August 1st, 2011. He was arrested since Alexandria’s events on July 22, 2011. We obtained his followings documents from his mother to prove his Case. Ahmed is not a thug.
Freedom for Ahmed and his colleagues from the military justice. And if necessary he should be tried before a civilian court.
It is worth mentioning that in our conversation with Ahmed’s mother, she said “when she visited him in prison, at Hadra, Alexandria, she found on Ahmed’s body marks of brutal torture and beating”, she also mentioned that he is in jail is treated like any other prisoner who don’t have his condition and not able to defend himself”. She is asking to place her son in a hospital or clinic to ensure his safety.
Arrest, torture, military trial for a civilian mentally disabled person !! After revolution!!
Ahmed was among the detainees in front of the “Northern Military HQ” in Alexandria. On the same day another mentally disabled person was released after he was severely beatin in the same military HQ in Alexandria.

من شهادات أهالي المعتقلين في الأسكندرية:

محمد احمد منصور – شاهد شهادة والدته عن اعتقاله فيديو
تحكي والدة ثروت انه تم القبض عليه يوم 22 يوليو من أمام المنطقة الشمالية العسكرية بسيدي جابر وانها قد عرفت خبر اعتقاله من صديق له وانها فور علمها توجهت للمنطقة الشمالية ولم يدلها أحداً عن مكانه. فتوجهت بعدها الي النيابة العسكرية لتجد انه محتجزاً في سجن الحضرة 15 يوم. عند زيارتها وجدت أثار التعذيب واضحة علي جسده، فأخبرها ثروت ان الرائد أحمد ياقوت هو من قام بتعذيبه هو ومن معه. وتقول ان عدد المعتقلين الذين معه هو 13 معتقل.
وقد قالت والدتي محمد منصور وعبد الله خالد:”أنكروا وجودهما في المنطقة الشمالية ثم نصحونا بتوكيل محام عسكري لهما”
قالت والدة محمد أحمد منصور عضو حركة كفاية، والذي ألقت القوات العسكرية القبض عليه أثناء مشاركته في مظاهرة يوم 22 يوليو من أمام مقر قيادة المنطقة الشمالية العسكرية، أنها تمكنت من زيارته وفوجئت حين إذ بتشوه ظهره ووجود زرقان أسفل عنيه وتورم في رقبته. قال لها أثناء الزيارة أن تلك الأثار ناتجة عند الضرب الذي لحق به داخل المنطقة الشمالية وسجن الحضرة، مؤكداً أنه اثناء تواجده بمقر المنطقة الشمالية تم عصب عينيه والاعتداء عليه هو وزملائه الذين تم القبض عليهم معه. كما قام عدد من البلطجية والأمن المرتدين الزي الملكي بالمنطقة الشمالية بإجبارهم علي التوقيع علي اعترافهم بالتهجم علي أفراد القوات المسلحة والتكسير والتخريب والإعتداء علي المنطقة العسكرية. وأولي جلسات التحقيق معهم الأربعاء 27 يوليو وتم التأجيل للأول من أغسطس.
Tharwat’s mother says her son was arrested on July 22nd from in front of the Northern Military headquarters in Sidi Gaber, Alexandria. She had been told about his arrest from a friend, and so instantly headed to the headquarters, where she wasn’t informed about Tharwat’s whereabouts. She then headed to the military prosecution only to find him detained in El-Hadra prison for 15 days. When she visited Tharwat she found marks of torture all over his body. He told her that Major Ahmed Yaqout was the one who tortured him along with the rest of detainees, whom she explains are 15.
Mohamed Mansour and Abdallah Khaled’s mothers say “they denied our sons’ presence in the Northern Area headquarters and then advised us to hire military lawyers!”
Mohamed Ahmed Mansour is a member of Kefaya movement. He was arrested by military police from a demonstration on July 22nd, in front of the Northern Military Area headquarters. His mother finally managed to visit him, only to find his eyes black, his neck bruised and his back deformed. He told her during the visit that these were marks of torture from the beatings he received in the Northern Area headquarters and El-Hadra prison, explaining that during his detention in the NA he was blindfolded and assaulted, along with his fellow detainees. In addition, a number of hired thugs and plain clothed security personnel forced them to sign false confessions to attacking military personnel, and acts of vandalism and sabotage to the NA headquarters. Their first interrogation session was scheduled on July 27th and has been postponed to August 1st.

“Marwan Youssef Mohamed” was detained on 22nd of July 2011 in Alexandria, we communicated with his brother ”Karim” who wrote us this testimony and we are currently in the process of documenting the testimony by video to publish it here.

As Salamo alukum Wa Rahmut Allah/Peace and mercy of God
This is Karim Youssef Mohamed, a mechanical engineer, my brother Marwan who is a student in the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport was one of the young men detained on the 22nd of July in front of the Northern Military Region with another 11 young men who are all like us, and not thugs. They were beaten and tortured by 60 soldiers from the Central Security Forces lead by an officer, before they were moved to “Al Haddra” prison where the beatings and torture was repeated again once they reached the prison. It came to my knowledge through some sources whom my father Professor Doctor: Youssef Al Baggory was one of them, that they are currently in a small chamber under the ground, I could not know anything else from my brother except that he denied all the charges against him, one of them was attacking the Northern Region, as he was almost speechless and in an complete amazement and horror from the frequent beatings, other than the marks from being beaten by a wire and the clear bruises!
Is this what we want to accomplish?
And who would accept to see such beloved young men; students, physicians, engineers, accountants and lawyers facing such an embarrassing unfair situation? And is it possible that such educated young men would through chemical acids on the army soldiers whom they have been treating in respect and appreciation since the revolution started?
Those people were not only dragged outside the Northern region but they were also heavily beaten and tortured by 60 soldiers! Then they went to “Al Hadra” prison where it was all repeated again! What kind of revolution is this? And for what cause did the martyrs die? And why did we bear the suffering in the last period? The injustice increased and the Government’s treatment became worse!
But my brothers and his group must be released by any means!
Are they the scapegoat for the Thugs?
Injustice must be stopped! And those victims must be saved!
بداية مجموعة لا للمحاكمات العسكرية بالاسكندرية
بعد أحداث سيدي جابر يوم 22 يوليو 2011، الذي تم فيه اعتقال العديدين، تم تشكيل مجموعة لا للمحاكمات العسكرية بالاسكندرية ، وبدأت بالفعل المجموعة نشاطها بالتحاور مع أهالي الذين قبض عليهم في هذا اليوم وتسجيل شهاداتهم
تم الحصول على معلومات 6 فقط من المقبوض عليهم في حين أن المعتقلين أدلوا بمعلومات عن وجود 13 مقبوض عليهم و2 مفقودين
